Developing a Maintenance Calendar

Roofs, roads and landscaping are often among the top 5 most costly components for communities, and properties that under-invest or overlook preventative maintenance are ill-prepared for long-term success. 

Presenters will review best practices in creating a written plan that details month by month each building component and timeline for maintenance to ensure that board members, homeowners, property managers and contractors are on the same page.
