A recent RI Supreme Court decision has impacted association boards around the state.  Speakers will offer recommendations for boards in light of the opinion in the case of Boyang Song, et al. v. 903 Condominiums.  Understand how the case affects The Act, powers of the board and unit owners as well as meetings and special meetings.
