The chapter is happy to again host this annual forum in person and provide important information and resources to community association volunteer leaders and the professional managers who work with them.

The forum has been approved for 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit.
8:00 am - 8:45 am Registration/Breakfast
8:45 am - 9:45 am 'Smart Communities' and the Growing Internet of Things
9:45 am - 10:00 am Break
10:00 am - 11:00 am Condition Surveys, Reserve Studies and Building Maintenance
11:00 am - noon Dealing with Difficult Residents
REGISTRATION FEES (include breakfast)
Prior to October 28th Members $35/Non-members $60
After October 28th Members $60/Non-members $75
*Cancellations by October 28, 2021 may be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 28th.
