Association boards are becoming more engaged in the governance of their association.  Expectations are changing - the dynamics of boards are changing.  The program will draw on the speakers more than 25 years' experience working with boards and community managers of all types of associations throughout New England, from downtown high rises to communities with an amenity complex and single family homes.
